Ooedo Onsen Asset Management Co., Ltd. (the “Asset Manager”) is a member of the Ooedo-Onsen Monogatari Group, which is rolling out a nationwide program of revitalization projects for onsen (hot spring) inns, hotels, spa facilities and theme parks, and which was established in April 2015 as the asset manager of Ooedo Onsen Reit Investment Corporation, a company that specializes in investment primarily in leisure time-oriented facilities.

The basic philosophy of the Ooedo-Onsen Monogatari Group is to revitalize the onsen industry by expanding the application of the Ooedo business model, which allows it to offer customers high-quality services at affordable prices.

While sharing this Group philosophy as a member of the Ooedo-Onsen Monogatari Group, we have been seeking to offer investors attractive and distinctive investment opportunities by undertaking asset management operations for Ooedo Onsen Reit Investment Corporation, a company specializing in investment primarily in leisure-time oriented facilities that adopt the Group's business model. In addition, on February 27, 2023, we decided to include accommodation facilities as an investment destination with a view toward risk diversification, stability enhancement and investment opportunity expansion. Through these measures, we will step up our efforts to achieve a rise in unitholder value while simultaneously working to ensure stable revenues and realize steady growth in operating assets.
